Blackann had the Mark of the Cloven Hoof of GOP Cocksucker, #47, Jack Abramoff, on him. Face it, if you have THIS dude's mark anywhere on you. you are completely and totally fucked.

Blackann got Sen. Bond to write a letter of support for someone who wanted an appointment to the Bureau of Indian Affairs. In the inevitable indictment, what Lobbyists D and E wanted from Blackann was an amendment to a federal highway transportation bill that would encourage state public works agencies to rent, rather than buy, construction equipment.

Here's what Blackann got from GOP Cocksucker #47 and his minions, yet to be named GOP Cocksuckers #164 and #165:

- a free trip to Game 1 of the 2003 World Series
- airline travel to and from New York City.
- a ticket to the game.
- admission to, and entertainment at a "gentleman's club"
- one-night accommodations in an "upscale" hotel
- transportation in a chauffeured SUV.
- a souvenir baseball jersey
- free meals and drinks.

All worth $3,100. But who bribed him? Well, that's for the later dossiers of GOP Cocksuckers #164 & #165.

#163 is just another of the fuckers that Jack Who? rolled on for the FBI. He at least had the decency to plead guilty.
