They're Everywhere - #144-#156

#144 - ROBERT RINGO
FORMER COUNCILMAN OF LIVINGSTON PARISH, LOUISIANA
#145 - DAVE GAROFALO
EX-MAYOR OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIFORNIA
#146 - PATRICK G. MALLOY
EX-MAYOR OF NEW HANOVER TOWNSHIP, NEW JERSEY
#147 - JAMES J. NASH
FORMER ADMINISTRATOR NEW HANOVER TOWNSHIP, NEW JERSEY
#148 - MITCH SKANDALAKIS
FORMER COUNTY COMMISSIONER, FULTON COUNTY GEORGIA
#149 - REP. BILL JANKLOW
EX-CONGRESSMAN FROM SOUTH DAKOTA
#150 - GARY RUSSELL THOMPSON
FORMER VIRGINIA GOP EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
#151 - EDMUND MATRICARDI, III
FORMER VIRGINIA GOP EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
#152 - JOHN BEAIRD,
FORMER CANDIDATE FOR TEXAS 149TH
#153 - VINCENT CIANCI
FORMER MAYOR OF PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND
#154 - RONNIE DAVIS
FORMER SAN FRANCISCO HOUSING DIRECTOR
#155 - F. JOSEPH LOEPER, JR.
FORMER PENNSYLVANIA SENATE MAJORITY LEADER
#156 - STATE SEN. WILLIAM SLOCUM
FORMER PENSYLVANIA STATE SENATOR

Well, these clowns weren't all caught in the SAME scandal, but I lumped 12 of them together here because I haven't been writing about them for a little while so I have to make up for lost time. Also, because this shows the length and breadth of their corruption, all the while claiming to be on the side of the angels.

And they are all over the country too...sort of like mold behind damp wallboard in cheap homes built by a crooked contractor. There are 12 names here and 9 states listed. It's not like it's just the hotbeds of political weirdness like Florida and New Jersey, either, although they are on here. No, you have places like Rhode Island and South Dakota for crying out loud.

Well, we're burning daylight. Let's get started.

We'll start with #144 Robert Ringo. Ringo got nailed for income tax evasion. It turns out he didn't report some income to the IRS. All of us have done that, right? Um, actually no. Ringo pled guilty to not reporting the $17,000 bribe he took for a favorable vote on an environmental permit for the parish landfill. Bet not all of us have done THAT.

Then there's #145, Dave Garofalo. This guy is actually funny in a grim way. God only knows how he got people to vote for him in the first place. In 2001, Garofalo was the mayor of Huntington Beach in California. The next year, he was a convicted felon. Garofalo got his ass convicted of 15 misdemeanors and a felony, all involving voting on matters in which he had a financial interest. Garofalo had to shell out more than $49,000 in fines, had to resign, had to perform 200 hours of community service (which usually means scrubbing out garbage trucks) and best of all, was barred FOREVER from seeking public office in California. Good fucking riddance. Let him torment his business partners instead, which he did three years later by running a restaurant into the ground BEFORE it even opened; just out of sheer spite.

#146 takes us again to Joisey, which I swear to almighty God has to be the center of political corruption in the United States. It's so bad that a judge had it up to here with corruption and threw the book right into the astounded face of GOP Cocksucker #34, (TERRANCE WELDON,) even though he had snitched on as many of his pals as possible.

This case, however is about Patrick G. Malloy, who admitted he steered an $11,500 sidewalk-repair contract to his brother and had then lied about it to a grand jury. But what the hell, everyone in entitled to a youthful indiscretion, right? I mean, how old is Malloy?

Seventy-four.

At the time of his conviction, he walked with a cane.

Over 17 years prior to 2004, it was discovered that Malloy had given *at least* 30 township contracts to his friends and relatives. Malloy got a $30,000 fine plus six months in the slammer followed by six months of house arrest.

#147 is James J. Nash. He lied along with Malloy about the same case and was convicted of witness tampering to boot. He got six months in jail.

#148 sends us to Jawjuh and Mitch Skandalakis. This is kind of satisfying because Skando is one of those little weasles who likes to play dirty but orders hookers out of his Las Vegas hotel room while there. Negative campaigning won him the Republican primary for Lt. Governor so he used the same tactic against his democratic opponent, Mark Taylor.

However, Taylor was ready for him and showed people Skando has a record of playing dirty. Turned out the voters were already familiar with Skando's way of doing things and didn't like the tactics of the hypocritcal little bastard at all. They crucified Skandalakis in the general election, electing Taylor in a landslide. Six years later, Skando lies to FBI agents investigating corruption in the county and gets his ass disbarred plus six months in the slammer.

#149 is former Rep Bill Janklow of South Dakota, who was convicted of second-degree manslaughter for running a stop sign and killing Randolph E. Scott of Hardwick, Minn. Scott was coming back from his father-in-law's 80th birthday party.

Janklow broke his hand, had partial paralysis in his left leg and had some bleeding in his brain that affected his memory, which, as bad as it sounds, beats Scott's condition of being dead all to hell. Janklow had a habit of bragging about his lead-footed driving, getting 13 citations in one year. He bridled when reporters questioned him about his record but seeing as how he was doing 70 mph in a 55 mph zone when he ran the stop sign and Scott collided with his cadillac, it seemed a rather logical thing to point out. Besides, Janklow had made a career out of belittling reporters and they REMEMBERED that. In fact, they were positively rubbing their palms together in glee at the prospect of the trial.

Janklow got 100 days in jail, a $5,000 fine and court costs. He could have gotten 10 years.

#150 & #151 These next two you just HAVE to group together because there is almost no way to avoid it. The first is GOP Cocksucker #151, Edmund Matricardi, III..

From the Fredericksburg Freelance-Star, July 3, 2003:
"Matricardi had been executive director of the Republican Party of Virginia for three years when, in March 2002, he was given the codes to two Democratic Party conference calls. Matricardi listened to and taped the two calls from his Richmond office, and encouraged Claudia Tucker, then the chief of staff to House Speaker Vance Wilkins, to listen in on the second call."

This is a no-no. In fact, his attorney tried Matricardi's rejected defense again in his sentencing statement, prompting a warning from the judge that this whining was going to 'tick him off.' Matricardi's mouthpiece immediately shut up on the excuse front.

Matricardi got three years probation, a $5,000 fine, 180 hours of community service and could never ever enter politics again. Best of all, he was stripped of his right to vote, meaning in the last election, he got to sit by helplessly and watch as the democrats took then Sen. Allen's seat away from him. LOL

But it gets even better. After Matricardi III quit his post, his successor, Gary Russell Thompson, GOP cocksucker #150, entered the picture. He confesses to the SAME FUCKING INCIDENT a month later. Are these guys arrogant or what?

We head over to Florida for GOP Cocksucker #152, John Beaird.

Beaird originally ran for a Texas congressional seat eight years ago but lost. Then he popped up in Florida and with Rudy Rudolph, cooked up a scheme to defraud lending institutions of $15 million.

Beaird confessed to wire fraud, stealing $11 million from investors who believed his line of bullshit. He was sentenced April 25, 2003, but I have no information on what he got. He WAS looking at five years and a $250,000 fine.

GOP Cocksucker #153, Vincent Cianci, used to be the mayor of Providence, Rhode Island, which is considered to be a democratic stronghold. The fact that Cianci was able to be mayor for more than 21 years in this environment despite being a GOP Cocksucker is a testiment to his gladhanding ways and to the ability of folks in Providence to forgive certain lapses in Cianci's judgement; like when he was convicted of hitting a man with an ashtray and a fireplace log after burning him with a cigarette. Cianci may have been convicted of that one, but hey, this dude was supposed to have been screwing Cianci's wife. The thinking went: he deserved it.

What they WEREN'T willing to forgive was when Cianci got fast and loose with THEIR money, specifically, the sting known as 'Operation Plunder Dome,' in which a top Cianci aide was videotaped accepting a bribe. Cianci was indicted on charges of extortion, bribery and mail fraud among others. He beat the rap on all of those, but not on a charge of conspiracy. That one netted him almost five years in the Slammer.

Cianci served his time but will not be eligible to serve again until 2014.

We have to head back to 'Cullyfornia' for GOP Cocksucker #154, Ronnie Davis. It just goes to show you that like weeds, GOP Cocksuckers can grow in any environment.

Davis was the head of the San Francisco Housing Authority. He got in trouble when he was found guilty of using public funds to pay lavish bonuses to some of his cronies. Then he got sentenced to more than two years in prison for participating in a scheme to sell phony diplomatic passports and later, while free on bail, delivering drugs to a longtime girlfriend.

The last two on our list are F. Joseph Loeper, Jr., and William Slocum, GOP Cocksuckers #155 and #156 respectively. Both from Pennsylvania, Loeper admitted he was a tax cheat and Slocum was one of those GOP Cocksuckers who think that they can simply do as they please and violate laws they don't agree with.

Loeper represented the Pennsylvanina 25th State Senate district and was the leader of the Senate republicans until it all came crashing down in 2000. That was when he confessed to falsifying records that showed he got $336,000 from a lobbying firm. He got 6 months in the slammer, his seat was taken away from him and he went to work for a lobbying firm representing the Pennsylvania Turnpike.

Slocum was even better. Although he had only a month of his life taken away from him, he was thrown out of the state legislature and disgraced the state GOP Cocksucker party, which was trying for a 'law-and-order' image.

Slocum pled guilty to criminally negligent conduct in that he allowed 3.5 gallons of sludge and sewage into a creek that fed the Allegheny River. He did this in order to avoid a trial on FELONY charges of knowingly disacharging untreated sewage or his plans to file false paperwork with the state Department of Environmental Protection.

As a result, he only got a month in the hoozegow, a $15,000 fine, seven months probation and five months house arrest. But we still got his seat.

Joisey is Just Like Oxygen To GOP Cocksuckers - #141-#143

#141 JAMES CONDOS
FORMER ASBURY PARK COUNCILMAN (NEW JERSEY)
#142 PHILIP KONVITZ
NEW JERSEY DEVELOPER
#143 KENNETH E. NIXON, JR.
FORMER ASBURY PARK HOUSING AUTHORITY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Florida attracts all the nuts but New Jersey has a boatload of corruption and, I swear, it's too tempting for the average GOP Cocksucker to even be allowed to live there.

Condos is one of those GOP Cocksuckers that you can buy for a song. Remember, they only truly love two things: money and their own asses.

Condos has been out of the slammer since March of 2008. What got him there in the first place was mail fraud and corruption. Here is what Condos admitted to the court that he did back in 2005.

1. Mail fraud.
2. $14,200 in bribes from Konvitz to keep his restaurant/bar running.
3. Accepted a liquor license from Konvitz.
4. Voted to benefit Nixon.
5. Accepted a position on the housing authority from Nixon worth between $30,000-$50,000 annually.

Condos didn't admit to all of this out of the goodness of his heart. Prosecutors had him by the short hairs and he was looking at a minimum of 24 months in jail. Being a GOP cocksucker, he immediately ratted out his buddies in the hope of getting a shorter sentence. He got 15 months. Konvitz went totally bugfuck by the time the trial started and Nixon died.

Another Of the Hypocrites - #140

#140 ROBIN WILLIAMS
FORMER GEORGIA STATE LEGISLATOR

Damn, it's fun to watch GOP cocksuckers go to fucking jail. I know it's unseemly of me to say so, but they are such hypocrites and incompetents as well as crooks and they care SO VERY MUCH about their own asses that its fun to see them lose their freedom and go to the slammer.

Take Williams here. No, not the aging, antic comic, the guy who used to be a state representative in Georgia. Williams was found guilty of bribery, theft, money laundering, health care fraud, conspiracy to commit same, 17 different counts in all. The crux of the matter was that Williams helped four other people loot the Community Mental Health Center of East Central Georgia of more than $2 million; namely, C. Michael Brockman, M. Chad Long, Rick L. Camp, and Duncan Fordham.

According to the Augusta Chronicle, this quintet defrauded the Center through contracts that allowed Long, Camp and Fordham to siphon off the money. In return, Williams got more than $357,000 from Fordham, and also took thousands of dollars in cuts from Long, the grandson of former Georgia House Speaker Tom Murphy, and Camp, a retired Atlanta Braves pitcher.

After an 11-day trial EVERYONE was convicted and Williams got 10 years in the Pokey, a little more than four of them he served so far.

A Sense of Shame - #139

#139 ARTHUR TEELE
EX-MIAMI CITY COMMISSIONER
This one's a rarity because this guy was a GOP cocksucker who actually had a sense of shame.

A little more than three years ago, Teele got his ass indicted on 26 counts of corruption involving mail fraud, wire fraud and money laundering. Like all GOP cocksuckers, he thought the media was persecuting him, when actually, all it was doing was telling people what folks like Teele, trusted to do the public's business, were doing.

And Teele was doing a lot. Male prostitutes, multiple mistresses, drug money in Gucci shopping bags, bribery, extortion. It just kept piling up and up.

Then one day Teele walked into the Miami Herald offices, asked a security guard to tell a columnist he disliked to tell Teele's wife he loves her, took a gun out of a bag and ate a bullet.

The columnist promptly went to Ms. Teele and said, "before he blew his brains out, your gutless husband told a security guard to have me tell you he loved you." Then walked away.

At least Teele had the decency to only shoot HIMSELF and not everybody around him.

They Think They Are Geniuses - #138

#138 - TAN NGUYEN
FORMER CONGRESSIONAL CANDIDATE FOR THE CALIFORNIA 47TH

GOP cocksuckers have this thing where they think they are really smart and think they are the only sources of information on things. Sometimes that's true but a lot of the time they find out that's just not the case

Take Tam Nguyen

Nguyen was running against a democratic opponent, Loretta Sanchez, who took the district as part of The Thumpin' of 2006. Sanchez took on 'B-1 Bob' Dornan and got his ass thrown out of Congress. Since Latino voters were a big part of her victory, and the Republicans knew she was strong there, they tried to suppress the Latino vote. They tried sending around a letter to people with Latino surnames telling them in part that 'immigrants can't vote' and that they faced jail time if they did it. Furthermore, the government had a computer system capable of tracking such people down.

None of these things are true but the arch-conservative Orange County, which is in this district, has a history of dirty shit like this. Seriously. Twenty years ago the local GOP had to settle a lawsuit when it hired uniformed guards to stand in Latino neighborhoods outside of polling places with signs that read "Non-Citizens Can't Vote" and challenged people to produce identification. They claimed they were worried that the Democrats would drive in busloads of illegal immigrants to the polls. They also claimed they didn't do anything wrong.

Which must have been why they paid $400k to settle the suit against them. Yeah, they didn't do ANYTHING wrong. They just felt like forking over $400,000 to strangers for no reason. Happens all the time.

And the busloads of illegal immigrants? Well, that never appeared.

Anyway, back to 2008. The letter was traced back to Nguyen's office. Nguyen claimed that a staffer than he'd fired had written it and when investigators tried to probe further, Nguyen allegedly tried to stifle any further communication as to his involvement in the letter.

Well, now his Vietnamese ass has been indicted and faces up to 10 years in the slammer, a $250,000 fine and three years of probation if convicted.

[UPDATE: Nguyen lost to Sanchez. Big time. The Department of Justice concluded that the Nguyen Campaign had no intent to intimidate those legally entitled to vote.]

The Doyles - #135-#136

#135 DAN DOYLE
FORMER STATE REP. {OREGON]
#136 VICTORIA DOYLE
FORMER CANDIDATE FOR MARION COUNTY CLERK (OREGON) AND HIS WIFE

It's really funny when GOP cocksucker supporters scream that Democrats claim indictments of GOP cocksuckers are convictions while indictments of Democrats are just that....indictiments.

Let's give a great big howdy to the Doyles.

In 2005, the Doyles were indicted, arraigned and PLED GUILTY to violating Oregon's campaign finance laws. Yes, they admitted they lied through their teeth when election laws required them to make a statement. That's a Class C felony. What lie, you say? Glad you asked. It had to do with Doyle's financial reports.

Once Dan Doyle was a Big Swingin' Dick in the Oregon legislature. He was the chairman of the state ways and means committee, which was a powerful position.

But then Doyle quit.

Why? Well, as it turned out, Doyle was hiding $145,000 in payments from his campaign fund. He reported it had gone to campaign vendors. That's where the lie came in. It was actually going to his law firm...and HIM.

It gets better. Doyle's wife, Victoria, pled guilty to one count of filing a false campaign report. She got only 10 days in the slammer and three years of probation but she had to PLEAD GUILTY. Dan got 10 months in jail, probation on four of the counts although we don't know how long and a fine of up to $127,000 Yet, I didn't know of any information as to what the fine exactly was.

Ten months for stealing more than $100K of GOP Cocksucker supporters' money. Man, unless they'd given him a fucking medal, it doesn't get much better than that.

Do I have to mention that they are GOP Cocksuckers?

Money Vs. Integrity - #133

#133 DALTON TANONAKA,
FORMER LT. GUBERNATORIAL CANDIDATE (HAWAII)

He's out NOW but back in 2005, Dalton Tanonaka got himself thrown into jail for three months, got three months of probation and got fined 10K.

Naturally, it was about integrity, even though Tananoka's mouthpiece claimed it was about money.

Here's what Tanonaka did: Back in 2002, Tanonaka accepted $48,000 in loans from two people and deposited $45,000 into his campaign account. He did not list the loans as unpaid liabilities on his loan applications.

Then he listed the $45,000 deposit as a loan from himself but was not charged with concealing the true source of the money or of exceeding the state campaign limit on loans from people other than himself or family members. Even though he did that by $2000.

The other thing he did was not list on his financial disclosure form: a contract that was to pay him $10,000 a month.

Tanonaka's mouthpiece said he didn't see what all the fuss was about because all the loans were repaid.

The US attorney who prosecuted Tanonaka said this wasn't about money. It was about the integrity of the process.

Operation Bid-Rig. The GOP Cocksuckers' Moneylust Strikes Again - #132

#132 THOMAS BRODERICK
FORMER MONMOUTH COUNTY UNDERSHERIFF AND HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEE (NEW JERSEY)

Well, here we are back in Joisey.

I swear, with the exception of Florida, no other state has a better view of incompetent crooks in action; especially when you are talking about the GOP cocksuckers.

Back in '05, the FBI announced 11 indictments in the four-year investigation known as 'Operation Bid Rig.' Know how many were democrats out of the 11? Two.

Here's one of the Nine: Thomaas Broderick.

Broderick was the only one of the bunch charged with money laundering. The only one. The others were mere extorters. LOL. He accepted a total of $10,000 from a snitch as payment for assisting in laundering money that Mr. Broderick was told were loan-sharking proceeds.

What's funny is that at his trial Broderick said he didn't know it was against the law. And this dude was with the sheriff's department!?

Meanwhile, On the OTHER End of the Great Lakes - #129-#131

#129 SC0TT JENSEN
FORMER SPEAKER OF THE WISCONSIN ASSEMBLY
#130 BONNIE LADWIG
FORMER ASSISTANT ASSEMBLY MAJORITY LEADER, WISCONSIN
#131 SHERRY SCHULTZ
FORMER GOP ASSEMBLY AIDE
I had written this once before but apparently forgot to save it to the computer or the computer didn't take it. Anyway, I have to write it again.

The GOP cocksuckers seem to think that once they are elected, government must do their bidding. You saw it yesterday with GOP Cocksucker #128, (JEFFREY HABAY), but to show this is a pattern, here's what was going on on the OTHER side of the Great Lakes in Wisconsin.

Scott Jensen was found guilty a couple of years ago for having his aides do campaign work for other GOP cocksuckers while on state time. This is illegal. I mean, that's what the CAMPAIGNS are for.

Jensen's lawyer tried the 'well the Democrats do it TOO, your honor," tack. And they do, but they never raised it to such an extent that Jensen did. The presiding judge probably put it best. "You knew what you were doing. You knew it was illegal."

Jesnen got 45 months in the Hoozegow a $2,000 fine and was ordered to stay the fuck away from the capitol building for four years. Even better, this will probably croak any dreams he had of being governor.

Bonnie Ladwig also got caught up in the affair, Ladwig got 30 days of home arrest, a $1,000 fine and had to pay $3,000 in restitution.

Sherry Schultz, the "grease that kept the machine running," according to the judge, avoided jail too and just got house arrest for a month. But she also was told to keep the hell out of the capitol building for five years, not four.

The Job Just STARTS When You Win the Election - #128

#128 JEFFREY HABAY
FORMER STATE REPRESENTATIVE (PENNSYLVANIA 30th)

GOP cocksuckers think the government is supposed to simply do their bidding once they win an election.

Take Jeffrey Habay of Pennsylvania. Habay was the congressmen in the Pennsylvania 30th for 10 years. The problem for him was that during that time, Habay forced several of his staff to make campaign calls for him, check polls and even do a courts record check on a reporter. Habay figured even though that was what CAMPAIGNS were for, they couldn't touch him. He was flabbergasted when he found out that they COULD and DID. After he was indicted in 2005, employees with long, vengeful memories practically came out of the woodwork for a chance to testify against him. They were practically licking their teeth with relish at the opportunity.

Habay was enraged when he discovered that lots of his employees had seized the chance to stomp on his throat. Well, he may have been enraged but he still had to go to the slammer and went there for a month before he had to spend the next five years under house arrest wearing a shackle on his ankle.

Habay didn't go down without a fight though. A year later, he charged a political opponent with sending him anthrax in the mail. Turns out, it was a total crock. It turned out to be a harmless powder that he'd mailed to himself. Furious that the court didn't believe him, Habay thought he'd do better on appeal. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court told him the same thing the first court did, this time to his face. Habay went to jail on Aug. 1. for four to eight months and three years of probation.

Making Another GOP Cocksucker Sweat - #127

#127 KEVIN RING
FORMER STAFFER FOR REP. JOHN DOOLITTLE OF CALIFORNIA

LOL Boy did *this* ever make GOP Cocksucker #299 (REP. JOHN DOOLITTLE) sweat bullets the next Monday. (Like all GOP Cocksucker crimes, it was announced on Friday.)

Ring used to be one of #299's staffers for four years. Then he went to work for dreaded GOP Cocksucker #47 (JACK ABRAMOFF), known as 'Jack Who?' by former GOP Cocksucker #54 (EX-HOUSE MAJORITY LEADER TOM DELAY) when he got his crooked ass indicted. (#52 had called him his "best friend" two months earlier.) #47's trial has resulted in 13 guilty pleas and one convicted congressman, GOP Cocksucker #51 (EX-REP BOB NEY) of Ohio.

Ring got hit with a 10-count indictment that charged he conspired with #47 and others to corrupt congressional and executive-branch officials by providing things of value to several public officials "to induce or reward those who took official actions benefiting Ring and his clients."

Ring's mouthpiece said he had been cooperating with the Authorities for two years but the FBI would not let him surrender himself so that they could arrest him in front of his wife and children.

Translation: "What gives, you're honor? We've told them everything we know. Now they wanna arrest my guy instead of cutting his sentence? What the hell is that?"

What the Judge's Reply Should Be: "It's called *justice,* counsellor." [Bangs gavel]

The best part is #299. He hasn't been charged but he IS under investigation. In fact, the investigation *alone* caused him to announce he's quitting congress after this year. #299 maintains he's innocent, but evidence in the 46-page indictment talks about #47 giving #299 all kinds of stuff for his vote and even putting Doolittle's wife on his payroll for a fundraiser. Best of all, 'Jack Who?' continued to pay her after the fundraiser was canceled. You just know Ring's already rolled on Doolittle because he's a GOP cocksucker. Those guys have no conscience when it comes to their own hides.

Best of all, we get to throw Ring AND Doolittle in jail after taking Doolittle's seat away from him, which, since he's given up won't be very hard.

[UPDATE: Ring's trial was ruled a mistrial.]

Not Only Are They Crooks, They're DUMB Crooks - #126

#126 RICHARD LEONARD,
FORMER CAMPAIGN MANAGER FOR GEORGIA GUBERNATORIAL CANDIDATE
LINDA SCHRENKO

GOP Cocksuckers realy hate it when people get told what they are doing. You see, they think people really don't have a right to know what they are up to because if they did, they'd throw them right out of office on their asses.

Take Richard Leonard.

Leonard was the campaign manager for Linda Schrenko, a Georgia dingbat who pled guilty to fraud in 2002 along with a friend, Merle Temple. Stephen Botes, a third co-conspirator, had been convicted of the crime earlier.

When in the courtroom being tried for fraud, the prosecution played a little tape for the jury of Leonard calling up one of the witnesses and trying to get her to testify that she had been paid $590 to participate in a focus group that was never held. Then she supposedly contributed the money to the Schrenko campaign. Leonard immediately pled guilty and agreed to cooperate with the investigation, in other words, rat out as many guys as he could think of.

Leonard got a month in the slammer, a small fine of $25 and 75 hours of scrubbing out garbage trucks, I mean community service.

Even In The Uniform, They're Crooks - #125

#125 LT. COL. BRUCE HOPFENGARDNER
FORMER OFFICER
GOP cocksuckers like to make a big deal out of their military service; like we have to kiss their asses in perpetuity because they served in the Armed Forces.

But they say NOTHING about fellows like Hopfengardner, guys so crooked they have to screw their pants on in the morning. Oh no, THOSE clowns go straight down the Memory Hole.

Hopfengardner was one of those guys who make a big deal out of military service; the sacrifice, the long hours of combat, the constant fear as a companion.

Except here's what Hoppy ACTUALLY did: Two years ago at about this time, he pled guilty to money laundering and wire fraud.

Yeah, money laundering. Just like a common drug dealer. While he was wearing the Uniform, too. Sheesh.

Lt. Col. Hopfengardner worked with two American citizens, Philip H, Bloom and Robert J. Stein, Jr., to create a corrupt bidding process. They even stole $2 million in reconstruction money. Know how we know? Because Bloom and Stein had already pled guilty. In true GOP Cocksucker fashion, they rolled over on Hoppy in the hopes of getting their sentences reduced.

Hoppy's role in the conspiracy was to make recommendations to the Coalition Provisional Authority, which governed Iraq for a year, for reconstruction money. Stein and Bloom would create dummy companies and Stein would see that one of them got the contracts.

Exhibit A - #122

#122 LESTER CRAWFORD
FORMER FOOD AND DRUG ASSOCIATION COMMISSIONER FOR THE DRUNKEN FRAT BOY ADMINISTRATION
Lester could be 'Exhibit A' for the proposition that the Drunken Frat Boy adminstration is full of crooks, cronies, incompetents and all-around jamooks, but that position might have to go to Heckuva Job Brownie. I haven't checked the timeline.

Lester might have been the first of the high-level GOP cocksuckers to admit he'd been a bad boy--and not in The Bathroom Goblin sort of way, either.

Crawford pled guilty to two misdeameanor counts in which he lied to the Department of Justice as to what stocks he owned. Turned out Lester and Mrs. Lester owned stocks in companies regulated by the FDA. Lester got three years of supervised probation, which he will have to pay the cost of and will spend that time trying to figure out who the fuck ratted on him; a $90,000 fine and 50 hours of community service, which usually means scrubbing out garbage trucks with a push broom.

[UPDATE: Crawford's supervised probation will be up next week.]

Golden Oldie - #121

#121 DAVID STOCKMAN
FORMER OMB DIRECTOR IN REAGAN ADMINISTRATION; EX-CHAIRMAN OF EX AUTO PARTS SUPPLIER; FORMER GOP COCKSUCKER CONGRESSMAN FROM MICHIGAN

Here's a Golden Oldie from the administration of the Gipper himself.

Remember David Stockman? He was the Reagan administration's flashpoint man, crafting the first of the obsidian-hearted budgets that GOP cocksuckers would point proudly to as a model of how things needed to be cut in Washington and how their dream of supply-side economics was going to solve everything. Stockman's budget was full of 'harsh truth' and none of that sentimental codswallop that fuels liberals, they said.

Then remember how all that was bullshit? Stockman used two techniques that stage magicians presumably learn at their mama's knees. The first was 'rosy scenario.' This should be familiar to anyone whose read 'Candide' or 'Heidi.' RS involved making impossibly optimistic assumptions about future growth, inflation, interest rates and so on. "Everything would be fine."

The second technique was called 'the magic asterisk.' MA was the use of phony budget cuts in the fine print to make it look like the Reagan administration was cutting the snot out of the deficit, which Dear Dead Ron had vowed to slash. The deficit was $185.3 billion by the end of 1983. That sounds like peanuts today since the Drunken Frat boy has a deficit going that's up to $400 billion or so, but that was a LOT in 1983.

Anyway, if Stockman's budget was on a blackboard it would look like this:

"First, a miracle occurs."

[lots and lots of equations]

"Then ANOTHER miracle occurs."

[more equations]

Balanced Budget

That's it.

Stockman loved to mock legislators, convinced they didn't know as much as he did about the budget, and he was right. But he could have been nice about it. Instead, Stockman ground it in their faces; he made it obvious he really enjoyed it, too. Then came the mistake. He sat down with journalist William Grieder and was horrfied to see, when the article came out, that Greider had penned a portrait of a kid too big for his britches.

Stockman then found he did not have a lot of friends around who would help him out. In fact, they were actually enjoying his discomforture with the same relish Stockman had taken in showing they didn't know as much about the budget as he did. Stockman got the message. He quietly quit OMB.

Fast forward about oh, 25 years. Stockman is 60 and is chairman at an auto parts supplier in Michigan. Stockman gets indicted for: Conspiracy To Commit Securities Fraud, Making False Statements In Annual and Quarterly Reports, Making False Entries In Books And Records, Lying To Auditors, Bank Fraud, Wire Fraud, and Obstruction of An Agency Proceeding.

Stockman. Hiding lies. Boy does THIS ever look familiar. Eight people were charged in this scheme. Four pled guilty.

Stockman quits the auto parts supplier, which promptly falls apart. The latest on the case is that Stockman is going to be standing trial May 4 with three of the executives from the firm after the case has been stalled for 1½ years. Some of them are already whining that the insurance money to cover their legal costs is running out.

[UPDATE: Stockman managed to successfully hold his enemies at bay for so long that they simply quit. He was never tried.]

'It Wasn't My Fault." - #120

#120 ROBERT REGOLA
FORMER PENNSYLVANIA STATE SENATOR FOR THE PENNSYLVANIA 39TH.

GOP Cocksuckers like to portray themselves as law-abiding gun owners who aren't careless with their firearms at all; except when they are.

Behold Robert Regola, ex-state senator for the Pennsylvania 39th.

Regola was a first-time GOP cocksucker looking to run for a second term, but then a 14-year-old kid named Louis Farrell got hold of Regola's 9- millimeter pistol and killed himself with it.

Regola had given the pistol to his son who had showed it to some friends. One of those friends was Farrell, who later used the gun to blow his brains out. The district attorney charged Regola with perjury, reckless endangerment, providing a firearm to a minor and three counts of false swearing.

Regola was acquitted but the pissed-off Farrell family promptly filed a wrongful death lawsuit against him. Regola behaved in true GOP cocksucker fashion, In other words he said: "it wasn't my fault." Seriously, you should see his string of excuses.

First he blamed the DA for prosecuting the case in the first place. Regola blamed the DA because he is a GOP cocksucker and GOP Cocksuckers blame EVERYBODY else for their own fuckups. Anyway, when that didn't wash, he swtiched to an old GOP Cocksucker standby: He blamed the media for reporting it. Surprisingly, the local media wouldn't back down. When that happened, Regola quit.

George Dunbar, the Republican chairman of Westmoreland County, did not try to talk Regola out of it, even though the numbers, well, they didn't look good but were not insurmountable. Dunbar was just glad to see the back of him.

Regola said he regarded Farrell as a son but the Farrell family has basically told him he could shove his fake compassion all the way up his backside with a red-hot poker. The Farrell attorney, Jon Perry, has been rather tart on the matter, saying that Regola's recounting of the facts in the case have been "fanciful" or "inaccurate."

What's On the Seal of the GOP Cocksuckers? - "I'm innocent and I will prove my innocence in a court of law." - #119

# 119 JOHN MERLA
ex-MAYOR OF KEYPORT, NJ
Want to know why the judge in the (GOP Cocksucker #34) Terence Weldon case was so pissed off he threw Weldon into the slammer even though Weldon had cooperated with prosecutors? Well, it might have something to do with cases like the Merla affair.

Merla used to be the mayor of Keyport who defiantly claimed he was innocent of all charges when he got smacked with two federal indictments alleging corrupt practices. He refused to resign and said: "As I've said since Feb. 22 — and I'll continue to say it today and tomorrow and the next day — I'm innocent and I will prove my innocence in a court of law."

Suddenly Merla was IN the court of law he was hoping for and guess what he did? Why that dude who swore on a stack of Bibles that he was innocent suddenly shifted gears and pled guilty to taking a $2,500 bribe. It was part of a plea agreement to have the other charges against him waived.

Merla was a GOP cocksucker until the day when fellow GOP cocksuckers called on him to resign for the good of the party. In response, Merla became an Independent.

According to APP.com, investigators alleged Merla took: $1,000 from a Woodbridge, NJ, trash hauler in 2001; $9,000 cash on Sept. 11, 2003, from two undercover agents at a Keyport diner; $2,500 from a cooperating witness at a Dec. 7, 2003, birthday party; $10,000 from a cooperating witness at a Keyport restaurant in Jan. 12, 2004; and $1,500 from undercover FBI agents on Nov. 23, 2004, at a Keyport diner.

Merla got 22 months in jail, three years of probation and a $20,000 fine.

Best of all, as he went to the slammer, his political nemesis, Robert Bergen, had the mayoral job.

An Especially Sweet One - #118

#118 MICHAEL S. CARONA
FORMER ORANGE COUNTY SHERIFF

This one is especially sweet because its got it all: sex, money, power, sanctimony, law enforcement. Fuck, the only thing missing is drugs. What makes it even better is that a conservative Christian sheriff was involved

Carona makes a big deal out of his Christian faith--which should set off alarm bells right there. Most people proud of their faith don't make a big deal about it because they figure God knows already. Who gives a flying fuck at a rolling doughnut if WE do? Carona was elected sheriff in 1998; Five years ago, the Drunken Frat Boy named Carona to the Emergency Response Senior Advisory Committee on Homeland Security. A year later, Governor Ah-nuld appointed Carona as a commissioner in the California State Athletic Commission; he became a member of MENSA. Things were looking up.

And then the roof fell in.

The roof was in the form of Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackaukas who hit Carona with an indictment in 2007 alleging:

-Carona received a boat, boxing tickets, and over $112,000 in cash in illegal, unreported gifts.
- Carona instructed former Assistant Sheriff Donald Haidl, to testify falsely before a grand jury.
- Carona instructed an employee in 2005 to lie to investigators about a sexual relationship she had with him [i.e. his mistress] as further evidence of tampering with winesses.
- Carona used his office for personal financial gain.

Carona is also on record as being a rather vindictive fellow. After he won re-election in 2006, he put one of his challengers, Bill Hunt, on administrative leave before demoting him six months later to a slot just above entry-level. Hunt got the message and retired.

But now, Hunt has a front-row seat reserved for him at Carona's trial, which was supposed to take place late THIS month, but which Carona's attorney's have succeeded in delaying until late October. A team of plastic surgeons have labored for *months* to get the shit-eating grin off Hunt's face, to no avail. He plans to wave at Carona as he is being frog-marched out of the courtroom to enjoy his first dinner of gristle and cornbread as a guest of the Feds. Rumors are that there are placards printed up showing the cramped interiors of prison cells with the notation: 'HERE IS WHERE MICHAEL CARONA'S SANCTIMONIOUS ASS WILL DIE' above them.

If convicted on all charges, Carona is looking at 103 years.

With many thanks to republicanoffenders.com.

Do NOT Give These Guys Money - #117

#117 ALAN FABIAN
FORMER FUNDRAISER FOR FORMER GOP COCKSUCKER PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE MITT ROMNEY

You have to watch it when GOP cocksuckers volunteer to have ANYTHING to do with money. They used to be rather gray and colorless but it was the gray, colorless honesty bankers USED to have. You could trust them with your money.

But the NEWER GOP cocksuckers can't be trusted not to steal anything, with the possible exception of--as Lincoln once put it while talking about his former secretary of war--a red hot stove.

Take Maryland businessman Alan Fabian.

Fabian was a big fundraiser for Romney, contributing the maximum of $2,300 to Romney's campaign. He figured this gave him some kind of expertise and the Romney campaign agreed, making Fabian co-chair of Romney's national finance committee.

Then Fabian gets his ass indicted on:
- nine mail fraud counts
- nine money laundering counts
- one obstruction of justice count
- two bankruptcy fraud counts
- two perjury counts.

Before he gets his ass thrown under a bus, Fabian quits on his own.

At Least We Didn't Have To Try This One - #116

#116 NATHAN COOPER
FORMER STATE REPRESENTATIVE, MISSOURI

Jesus Christ. 116 and we aren't even to the pedophiles yet. Well, at least we didn't have to try this one, he ADMITTED he was guilty, guilty, guilty. The charge? Fraud.

The fraud Cooper was engaged in was visa fraud. Here's how it worked: Cooper would create shell companies which he would cite as companies his illegal immgrants worked for. Then he would either apply for visas under those companies or he would simply buy visas from other people. In two years, Cooper got $50,000 from trucking industries using these techniques.

For this, Cooper got 15 months in the Slammer, which were up in March, a $6,000 fine and two years of probation after his release from jail. He also had to resign his seat in the legislature.

Cooper is from Cape Girardeau, MO, the same place GOP Cocksucker #70 (THE FAT JUNKIE, RUSH LIMBAUGH), is from. It would be unfair and wrong to malign a place just because some hooligans are from there but all available evidence makes you wonder where the water supply is.

An Example of GOP Cocksucker Intelligence - #115

#115 JOHN J. HAMILTON JR.
ASHBURY PARK, N.J. COUNCILMAN

The GOP cocksuckers are constantly trying to get something
for nothing because they want to be like rich people if they
aren't already and they've heard this is how rich people do
things.

Consider John J. Hamilton Jr.

Hamilton allegedly had a contractor install a concrete driveway
at his place that's worth between five and six thousand dollars.
The contractor does it for free in exchange for a promise from
Hamilton that he'll vote to throw some city work his way. Later
on, Hamilton allegedly demands a reciept from the guy for
about $1,000 in case he ever has to explain the driveway.

Hamilton does...to the FBI. He shows them the receipt and
claims he got a discount. Unfortunately for *him,* the
contractor was wearing a wire. And there was Hamilton on it,
demanding a 'receipt' for work he never paid for.

You WILL Believe Us - #114

#114 MATT KELTY
FORMER FORT WAYNE, INDIANA MAYORAL CANDIDATE

The GOP Cocksuckers have such high regard for their own opinion and such contempt for us that they think they can tell us anything and we'll believe them

For instance, Matt Kelty.

Kelty got indicted for calling a $150,000 donation from Fred Rost, former campaign chairman and head of Allen County Right to Life and a $10,000 donation he got from Steve and Glenna Jehl, his campaign manager, 'loans.' His lawyers said there were even promissory notes that Kelty was expected to repay.

But co-counsel for the prosecuting attorney, D. J. Siegler, pointed out that ever since the notes were signed, Kelty had done nothing to try and repay the 'loans' and Rost and the Jehl's have done nothing to try and collect on the notes.

And according to FortWayne.com, there was THIS priceless summation:

"D.J. Sigler, son of the special prosecutor and serving as co-counsel, said it looked as if the defense lawyers thought that maybe, if they defined the money as a loan enough times, the prosecutors and the court would believe them."

Murderer #1 - #113

What you didn't know some of the GOP cocksuckers were murderers? Hey, it's true.

#113 MATTHEW JOSEPH ELLIOTT
FORMER CAMPAIGN STAFFER FOR MITT ROMNEY, FORMER
CANDIDATE FOR GOP PRESIDENTIAL NOMINATION IN 2008

One minute they're fucking kids the next they're killing people.
Man, is there any limit GOP cocksuckers won't go beyond?

Elliott used to be a big wheel when he was going to school at
Drake University, serving as the student body president at one
time and being a fixture in the College GOP Cocksuckers. Then
he joined the Mitt Romney campaign (which Romney's
campaign denies, saying he was just a member of a Romney
PAC) but quit to run for the Iowa state legislature.

And then the wheels came off the Elliott locomotive.

Months after he leaves the Romney campaign-- October 2006
to be exact--he gets convicted of exploiting a minor and has to
get on the Iowa Sex Offender registry. Six months later, he gets
charged with murder of a baby girl.

[UPDATE: Matthews was convicted and sentenced to 60 years
in jail.]
