Yeah, you read that right. Panda impersonator.

Berlin actually pretended to be a panda bear, at one point having the identity of 'alan_panda_bear' as far as e-mail went.

Berlin sent a rather pathetic letter to pounce.org last year, which has since been scrubbed but is supposedly available in Google's cache. The letter, in which Berlin says he wants to wear diapers and dress up like a furry animal,as well as other tidbits, can be found here:

Berlin also hassled a 15-year-old boy online several times over a month,proposing at one point that he travel to the boy's house and have sex with him in the backyard while his parents were sleeping. He also asked for naked pictures of the kid. Both moves resulted in him getting charged with unlawful contact with a minor, attempted sexual exploitation of children and solicitation to commit sexual abuse of children.

What's really wild is that Orie (NO NUMBER YET) had proposed changes to Megan's Law and Jessica's Law in Pennsylvania that would strengthen both anti-pedophile measures. She is also a sponsor to implement the 'federal Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act and require use of GPS to track sexually violent predators.' Orie's chief spokesman said Berlin never worked on any of this.

Orie has her own problems besides the presence of a perverT in her office, such as being investigated for using one of her district offices for campaign purposes.
