The lost Gabor sister who has been trying to convince the rest of us that President Obama was actually born in a foreign country, had her appeal of a $20,000 fine imposed on her by a Georgia judge thrown out today, March 16, 2010.
Back in December 2009, the U.S. Attorney would wait until the appeal was sentenced before collecting the money. Now the 11th Court of Appeals has settled it. And how the settled it was - "you lose."
