Rep. Don Young has the rest of the republicans furious at him because he won't go along with their no-pork stance. House republicans have announced a one-year moratorium on earmarks as part of their effort to seem more restrained when it comes to spending that those evil democrats are.
But trust Young to gum up the works. He issued a statement saying that as long as his constituents requested federal money for projects they were interested in, he was going to do his damnedest to get it for them.
Right now, #289 is being investigated to see if he took bribes from the former oil company VECO just as GOP Cocksuckers #167-#170 did.
