Part III of 'Whine Some More!'

Whining has got to be the Number One GOP cocksucker pasttime, right ahead of pedophilia at Number Two and HOMOSEXUAL pedophilia at Number Three.

Let's see what the GOP Cocksuckers are crying about lately:

A. Kagan wants the government to clamp down on conservative speech!

[LOL. No she doesn't. The Rodeo Clown claimed this was true when he discussed R.A.V. v. City of St. Paul, a case Kagan wrote about

[Beck left this little tidbit out: "Second, though relatedly, the government may not restrict speech because the ideas espoused threaten officials' own self-interest -- more particularly, their tenure in office.*]

B. Attorney General Eric Holder refuses to say radical Islam is a cause of terrorism!

[He says it all the time. He said it during a hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee on May 13 of this year on suspected Times Square bomber Faisal Shazhad. And it said it when referring to terrorist Anwar al-Awlaki.]

C. Kagan is not qualified to sit on the Supreme Court!

[Lotsa conservatives disagree. Those conservatives include former Reagan Solicitor General Charles Fried, Bush judicial nominee Miguel Estrada, George H.W. Bush Solicitor General Ken Starr, conservative-leaning attorney Eugene Volokh, and former Bush Justice Department official and D.C. Circuit nominee Peter Keisler. In addition, Fox News legal analysts Judge Andrew Napolitano and Lis Wiehl, and Fox legal correspondent Shannon Bream have all praised her qualifications.]

D. Kagan "helped shield Saudi Arabia from lawsuits!'

[LOL....WorldNutDaily is trumpeting this one because federal law barred the government from suing the Saudi royal family. Never mind the fact that the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York or former Attorney General Mike Mukasey said essentially the same thing.]

D. Kagan says the government can ban speech it doesn't like!

[See A.]

E. Kagan called a superliberal member of the Israeli supreme Court her 'judicial hero' and that PROVES she's not part of the mainstream!

[She said that while presenting Aharon Barak, the retired president of the Supreme Court of Israel with the Peter Gruber Foundation 2006 Justice Prize at Harvard.

[Justice Antonin Scalia praised Barak as well when the American Association of Jewish Lawyers and Jurists (AAJLJ) honored Barak with its Pursuit of Justice Award in March 2007 at its International Conference, hosted by American University's Washington College of Law, Scalia was the presenter.]
