Part VIII of 'Whine Some More!'

The GOP Cocksuckers are still screaming about the nomination of Solicitor-General Elena Kagan to the Supreme Court, but not as much as they were because it's simply getting no traction and they are looking like what they are: a bunch of crybabies.

29. Kagan supports Foreign Law over Constiutional Law!

[The Moonie Rag, the Washington Times', claim for this is that she dropped 'Con Law' while at Harvard in favor of 'Foreign Law.' The troublesome point for the GOP Cocksuckers is she did no such thing. They are making it up.]

30. When Sestak was offered a job in the Obama Administration if he'd drop out of the Senate primary in Pennsylvania, that was a BRIBE!!

[Here's the new whine. 'Sestak' is Joe Sestak, who knocked Sen. Arlen Specter out of the Democratic primary for U.S. Senate in Pennsylvania. The White House was backing Specter, who had voted for it's health care reform bill and tried to get Sestak to drop out of the primary against him. However, that's just the kind of horsetrading that goes on in politics all the time and has since President Washington, instead of a bribe. Oodles of legal experts have said so.]

31. Private businesses should have a RIGHT to discriminate if they want!

[Have you ever noticed that this is usually followed by the hurried claim: "*I* would never go to a business that did that!" It's like clockwork. It's the new, 'I'm not prejudiced! Some of my best friends are Black!' Well, a lot of people who said the same thing in the South sure went to businesses that descriminated against blacks. They still do, too. Remember Denny's in the 90s? They refused service to wives of federal judges or Secret Service agents, all based on the color of their skin and had to be sued under the very provision in question.

[This is an idea first stupidly uttered by Kentucky Senatorial candidate Rand Paul on 'The Rachel Maddow Show.' Political reporters couldn't believe it. The same provision of the 1964 Civil Rights Act that was designed to end discrimination at lunch counters, hotels, bathrooms and waiting rooms, he wanted to gut. Everywhere Paul went he was asked to explain himself. He first tried to walk back his answer. Then, as things got hotter, he went to RUNNING it back.Fox Not the News' John Stossel is still digging to find support for this view but everyone is laughing at him.]

32. President Obama will not honor the troops on Memorial Day! He's the first one to do that, the bastard!

[Oh spare me. The Rodeo Clown is howling this one. He bases it on the announcement that the President will not be going to Arlington National Cemetery. Actually the president will be going to Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, Illinois. He won't be the first to not go to Arlington, either. Dear Dead Ron went to Williamsburg Va., to attend a summit meeting in 1983 and left it to a Deputy Defense Secretary to lay the wreath at Arlington; Bush the Smarter went to Kennebunkport, ME to lay a wreath at a miltary cemetery there, make a speech at an American Legion hall and play a round of golf. Vice-president Dan Quayle did the Arlington gig in 1992; ten years later, the Drunken Frat Boy spoke at Normandy in France on Memorial Day, 2002.]
