Part V of 'Whine Some More!'

Well, let's see if the minions of the GOP Cocksuckers can go an entire day without crying about Justice Elena Kagan. I would say NOMINEE to the Supreme Court Elena Kagan, but let's face it, these clowns have about as much chance of stopping her as a meteorite has of crashing into the Superdome in New Orleans.


A. Liberals are worried about the Arizona immigration law for nothing! It specifically says police can only ask for your identification if they are responding to a potential crime and they suspect you are an illegal immigrant!

[OH NO IT DOESN'T! Shannon Bream of Fox Not the News made this boner. Police can ask you for your papers if a city ordinance has been violated or at a traffic stop.]

B. Obama's pick for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Donald Berwick, believes national health care amounts to a redistibution of income and wants rationing of care!

[This comes from Pete Johnson, Jr., at Fox and Friends. What Berwick actually SAID was that ANY national health care system, like Medicare or Medicaid for example, are redistributive by nature. People who have it, love it. As for rationing of care, that's ALREADY being done by insurance companies but types like Johnson, Jr. don't get mad at that.]

C. Kagan's a JEW! If she's nominated, you'll have THREE JEWS on the Court! You want 33% of the seats on the Court to go to Jews!?

[I knew it wouldn't take them long to get to Kagan. They were in the same lather last year when Justice Sotomayor was nominated. LOL! This is Pat Buchanan's argument but it's also been uttered by conservative columnist Kathleen Parker of the Washington Post and Accuracy in Media activist Manuel Miranda.

[Outside of being *incredibly* racist, this argument flies in the face of Article IV of the U.S. Constitution, which says no religious test may be required for ANY office. Plus it ignores the fact that there are SIX catholics on the Court. Now where's their outrage over those 'Papist swine' having 66% of the seats on the Supreme Court?]

D. Kagan supports abortion!

[LOL! I wondered when THIS old chestnut would surface. This comes from WorldNutDaily, which claims that Kagan supports abortion rights because she gave money to the National Partnership for Women & Families. This is an organization which supports abortion rights along with "access to quality affordable health care, and policies that help women and men meet the dual demands of work and family." Its supported the "Pregnancy Discrimination Act (1978), Civil Rights Act (1991), Family & Medical Leave Act (1993), California Family Leave Act (2002), and San Francisco Paid Sick Days Ordinance (2006)."

[This doesn't show Kagan's support for abortion but so what if it did? GOP Cocksuckers were SCREAMING that an appointee's personal and political beliefs were irrelevant when THEY were in charge. Sean Hannity said it, the Washington Times said it and Wendy Long, the legal counsel to the conservative Judicial Confirmation Network and a former law clerk to Justice Clarence Thomas said it, when she was trying to get GOP Cocksucker #310 (HARRIET MIERS) confirmed but the Drunken Frat Boy had to withdraw her nomination because even CONSERVATIVES said she wasn't qualified for the High Court. But it seems to be relevant NOW that a Democrat is in the White House. E. The head of the White House's Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs is a Nazi! Probably one of Obama's 'czars.'

[This one came out of the mouth of the Rodeo Clown. Beck makes the following claims:

1.The head, Cass Sunstein, wants to force websites to link to websites with opposing views.

2.Sunstein wants to "tax speech, stop speech, but also infiltrate speech."

3.Sunstein's office is a new role and like the Nazi Reichstag.

[Beck, who never finished high school, laments "why don't people know this stuff?" The answer is because we can't keep up with all the conspiracy theories out there.

In answer to number one. Sunstein has never said he wants to force websites to link to other websites with opposing views.

In answer to number two, Sunstein listed those three possibilities before condemning them.

In answer to number three, Sunstein's office has been around since 1980. So according to the Rodeo Clown, 29 years is 'new.']


Let's see what the GOP Cocksuckers have been SCREAMING just since the beginning of May!

1. The Phoenix Suns were forced to wear jerseys with 'Los Suns' on them!

[That was the players' decision.]

2. The new immigration law is necessary to fight crime! 2,158 people were murdered last year by illegal immigrants!

[Crime's been dropping for the past decade in Arizona. As for the 2,158 figure, that came from a reporter for 'Human Events' who has a problemw when it comes to illegal immigration, not a statistician.]

3. Liberals are intolerant! A liberal judge barred a high school kid from wearing a t-shirt that said: "Homosexuality is Shameful."

[The conservative justices on the same bench thought banning the shirt was just fine with them.]

4. Plenty of people can immigrate here LEGALLY!

[I've heard this one screamed with pure rage. It seems to make sense until you discover that if you're low-skilled, the quota is 5,000 annually and the demand for low-skilled workers is 500,000 a year. That's practically BEGGING them to come across the border illegally as long as employers hire them.]

Then there are the Kagan screams of fury:

7. Kagan is gay!
8. Kagan wants to ban books!
9. Kagan is a Jew!
10. Kagan has no judicial experience!
11. Kagan hates the first amendment!
12. Kagan is avoiding 'traditional interviews' with the press!
13. Kagan wants the government to clamp down on conservative speech!
14. Kagan helped shield Saudi Arabia from lawsuits!
15. Kagan is not part of the Mainstream of thought!
16. Kagan banned the military from Harvard Law School!

[The answer to all of these--except for #12--is either 'nope' or 'so what'? The answer to #12 is "What 'traditional interviews'? There is no such thing."]

17. Obama wants to cut soldiers pay and cut the defense budget!

[Obama's budget increases soldier's pay by 1.4% and ups the defense budget by 1.8%.)
