Yes, the Birthers have tried over and over and over and over to get memebers of the military to refuse orders because President Obama (they claim) hasn't released his birth certificate.

They've lost every single time but since they have no conscience, that hasn't dstopped them from trying again and again and again. This time they have convinced a decorated Army doctor, Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, to defy orders and not ship out to Afghanistan until the President produces the original of his birth certificate, which is in a vault in Hawaii. The state of Hawaii NEVER produces the original except in extreme cases. Instead, the state issues a certificate of live birth. The Secretary of the Hawaiian Department of Health has vouched the original exists.

But that's not good enough for the Birthers, who demand the ORIGINAL. God knoweth why, since if they had it in their hot little hands, they'd throw Lakin to the wolves and move on to the next bullshit charge.

Lakin is now going to be court-martialed for disobeying orders.
