B. Kagan is anti-military and banned them from Harvard Law School!
[This comes from ex-Speaker Newt Gingrich, who also screamed that Justice Sotomayor should withdraw because she's a racist. Harvard students had access to military recruiters during Kagan's entire tenure as dean.]
