OBAMAS SUPREME COURT APPOINTMENTS
I don't suppose anyone remembers this dude, but they should. Levey was one of the fiercest critics against Justice Sotomayor and then Justice Kagan. He knew he couldn't stop either of them from getting to the Supreme Court, but Levey said just the fierce--and as it turned out--futile resistance to Sotomayor will force President Obama to select a moderate. (Never mind the fact that Sotomayor is a moderate democrat.)
Levey didn't have any problem with the Drunken Frat boy naming his cleaning lady (GOP Cocksucker #310 HARRIET MYERS) to a seat on the Court but the spectacle of a democratic president getting not one but TWO Supreme Court appointments had him in a lather.
Now Levey is zero for two when it comes to stopping the President's nominees. And the President will have a THIRD one next year. LOL
