For Sheer Corruption, No State Can Beat New Jersey - #44

# 44 RICHARD IADANZA
EX- MAYOR NEPTUNE, NJ
Maybe there's something in the water. Florida may have the most spectacular cases of crooked incompetence and Louisiana may have a history of it but for sheer corruption, no state can beat New Jersey.

Here's a trifecta of sleaze for you. And it should suprise no one that all the politicians involved, ALL of them, are GOP cocksuckers.

The FBI was investigating allegations that the trucking industry in New Jersey was dirty. It would, or so the rumors went, bribe officials in order to get government contracts. So the FBI started an investigation that became known as Operation Bid Rig.

One of the people caught up in Operation Bid Rig was the Deputy Mayor of Neptune, NJ, Richard Iadenza.

Iadenze pled guilty to extortion and admitted taking $3,000 in bribes. Iadenza was fined $4,000 and spent four months as a guest of the state.

Ten months before he was arrested, Iadenza resigned his post on the Ocean Township committee, one year before it was supposed to expire. This is a standard GOP cocksucker move who think the Democrats just want to drive them from office and they can stay free if they quit. That's simply not true. We want to drive you from office AND throw your incompetent, crooked asses in jail, which in this case, we did.
