Today is July 29, 2008. Today, Tubes got indicted on seven counts of making false statements to investigators looking into the VECO oil scandal swirling around Alaska.

Seems that Tubes allegedly took more that a quarter of a million bucks from VECO in the form of gifts or services (my favorite is when they jacked up Tubes' vacation house and stuck an entire story beneath it. Tubes never paid a dime) and never reported them on his financial disclosure form. This would seem like a piddly little thing except that Tubes has been in Congress longer than any other GOP cocksucker. Almost 30 years! You think he'd have figured out how things work by now.

No bribery charges are being reported against Tubes even though the head of VECO, Bill Allen, pled guilty to them two years ago. Tubes just did things for VECO out of the goodness of that little chunk of anthracite behind his ribs.

Tubes!

[UPDATE: GOP Cocksuckers were delirious with joy when Tubes' conviction was overturned because prosecutors had fucked up. They were claiming that Tubes had never been convicted because he never served any jail time. Let's face it, he was convicted. He just got off on a technicality. GOP Cocksuckers HATE technicalities....unless they get off on them.]
