There must be something in the water of the Grand Canyon State. First they get that crazy old nut Evan Mecham, who they have to recall, so they go for someone smoother and end up with THIS guy.
Symington gets charged with bank fraud. But the court fucked up and improperly dismissed one of the jurors, so they have to retry him. In the meantime, Big Bill pardons him.
