Indicted August 6, 2008 for allegedly getting a 14-year-old drunk and then fucking her (Listing the sex of their victims is important with dealing with these guys.) Facing seven years in the Slammer and a $5,000 fine.
[UPDATE; Muscheny was acquitted after a four-hour deliberation by jurors who acquitted him on the grounds that, according to his defense council, "standing naked next to a 14 year old in bed is not a crime." Muscheny had told police he was followng the mother through the house, looking for a burglar.]
