That's a long title for a flack who got caught being bribed, considering that she came *so* cheap.

Carroll wasn't bribed with big wads of cash or anything. All it took to get Carroll on your side were some expensive meals and vacations. She was a member of what some wags in Columbus called the 'Noe Supper Club.' Once she was in the pocket of GOP cocksucker #62 (TOM NOE,) she was helping him get on one influential board after the other.

Carroll fell afoul of the maxim that "all GOP cocksuckers care about is a) money and b) their own asses." Count on it. Carroll's downfall was b. As soon as Noe was arrested, Carroll and GOP Cocksucker #64, Brian Hicks, were the first people he rolled on trying to get himself a lighter sentence.

Carroll was fined $1000 for the misdeameanor along with GOP Cocksucker #64 Hicks, who later got almost four fucking years in the Slam for Fraud. Carroll got no jail time.

Some people may think it's unfair to number these people, but Jesus, we have SIXTY-FIVE of the crooked bastards already and we aren't even up to pedophilia yet.
