It's a pretty good bet that when GOP cocksuckers claim they aren't breaking the law, they are. It's sort of like journalists covering Richard Nixon who said it was actually easy to find out what was going on despite Nixon's well-established loathing for the Press, because if Nixon said he was doing one thing, you knew he was doing the exact opposite.

31 years later, here comes Bernadette Noe.

Bernadette is the spouse of GOP Cocksucker #61 (TOM NOE), the convicted thief who got 18 years in prison for stealing $2 million from the state's rare coin fund while managing it and getting 27 months for illegally contributing $43K to the Drunken Frat Boy. Bernadette, invoices showed, had her own hand in the cookie jar.

Bernadette, a lawyer, claimed in court papers that she never had a business relationship with the coin fund, which was really funny, because after she said that, Ohio Attorney General Jim Petro, remembering her high-handedness in the past, gleefully revealed invoices that showed she had billed the fund $2,946 for legal services. Petro then demanded to see the Noe's bank accounts to get an idea of just how much the Noes had stolen from the fund as it was found to be $13 million short.

Bernadette was found guilty of misuse of state funds, but I don't know what she got for a sentence. The Internet is packed with references to her crooked husband and I don't have the time to sort through them all.
